Customer "Do It Yourself Errors!"

The customer's complaint: "My pwc won't start! After asking him if he had a new battery installed, he insisted that he had a new battery! He did. However, it is the wrong size, wrong amps, and is clearly the wrong battery size. The battery has incorrect lead wires to the battery, which are to thin and won't be able to handle the draw to the starter motor. Look closely at the connections to the battery because it is clearly to large to attach the actual lead wires. This fairy tale ending will cost him about $1400 since he shorted his ECU, not including labor costs.
